What's on offer?

In Greece Sunscape Yachting have teamed up with our experienced yachting partners to provide a choice of sailing options. You can cruise independently on bareboat charter the Saronic Gulf and Eastern Peloponese coast from our sailing base at Poros. Or choose from Gouvia marina on Corfu in the northern Ionian and sailing from Lefkas harbour for cruising the ever-popular southern Ionian Islands. Alternatively, charter a yacht from Skiathos and explore the Sporades with their spectacular white sandy beaches and hidden coves. For the more experienced sailor, explore the wonderful Cycladic islands of the Aegean from Athens and Lavrion or perhaps the Docedannese island chain from Rhodes, Kos or Samos.

Greek life

Life often takes on a leisurely pace in Greece. Each landfall provides numerous cafes and tavernas lining the quayside each offering a wide range of fare. Greek cuisine is experiencing something of a renaissance. Diner is the main event of the evening, so a little patience is required and it helps to settle into 'the Greek life' and enjoy the whole evening; Start with appetisers like Tzatziki, Taramasalata, Octapus or Dolmades. Discover wonderful vegetarian dishes with okra, artichokes or aubergine. Taste traditional meat dishes with lamb, pork or chicken. Calamari and grilled meat or fish are always available and legendary Greek salads are a meal in themself.
