You can have the privacy and comfort of living on your own boat, with the option of joining in the social scene with others on the flotilla during your days sailing and for evening ashore.
The first day of sailing gently eases you into the swing of your holiday, with an informative briefing from the flotilla lead crew on the week or two week's sailing itinerary and an introduction to your boat. Then follows a leisurely sail to your first harbour, where for the first few days, your lead crew will be on hand to take your lines and provide assistance, if needed. This sets the routine and relaxed style in which your holiday will follow, as most mornings the Flotilla skipper will provide an informative briefing on that days cruise, pointing out places of interest and good lunch time stops en route, some detail on navigation, the weather and the days destination will all be discussed prior to you setting sail.
Most evenings will find the flotilla moored to a small quay probably set in idyllic bay or perhaps adjacent to a vibrant medieval town crying out to be explored. This gives you the opportunity to venture ashore and the option of joining the rest of the party for dinner and to exchange tales from the days flotilla sailing.
